We’re proud to serve an elite customer base, including 13 of the top 25 North American grocers, 8 of the top 10 foodservice distributors, and 8 of the top 10 global food and beverage manufacturers.JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a Product Analytics Operations Analyst to drive execution discipline across the PDLC and product launches here at iTradeNetwork.This is a hands-on role focused on:Keeping roadmap and delivery work structured and on trackEnforcing process, timelines, and completenessTracking and reporting product and delivery metricsYou’ll work across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to ensure smooth execution from idea → delivery → launch → adoption.Key Responsibilities:PDLC ExecutionTrack work across discovery → PRD → build → releaseEnsure all items are complete, scoped, and readyFollow up on gaps, delays, and missing inputsMetrics & ReportingTrack roadmap progress, delivery timelines, and adoptionBuild simple dashboards and weekly status reportsFlag risks and deviations earlyWork closely with Cross functional teams to generate Business Metrics for Product TeamRoadmap OperationsSupport quarterly planning and readiness checksMaintain a single source of truth across tools (Jira/JPD)GTM & Launch TrackingEnsure launch checklists are complete (enablement, comms, etc.)Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS for executionCross-Team CoordinationDrive status updates, unblock dependencies, and ensure alignmentSupport operating cadences (reviews, check-ins, updates)What you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics or related field.2–3 years in Product Ops, Analytics, Biz Ops, or similarStrong execution and follow-throughComfortable with data, metrics, and dashboardsFamiliarity with Jira or similar toolsClear communication and ability to work across teamsIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
