Overview Managing Partner, Ultimate Solutions SearchA newly established legal firm, founded by an experienced attorney, is seeking a part-time Paralegal with a background in business and real estate law . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice at the ground level, with room to expand into a long-term, full-time role.Location: Initially remote, with plans to move into office space in Glendale, Pasadena, or Burbank, CA .Schedule & Hours Starting at 20–25 hours per week (part-time, hourly pay)Growth path to full-time, 4 days per week in-office as the firm expandsResponsibilities Support attorney with business and real estate legal mattersDraft, review, and organize contracts and legal documentsConduct legal research as neededAssist with filings, case preparation, and client communicationsProvide general administrative and legal support to ensure smooth operationsQualifications Paralegal experience (business and/or real estate law) — open to candidates at all levels, from early career to seasoned professionalsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a growing entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communication and writing skillsThis role offers the chance to grow alongside a new firm and make a direct impact from day one.
