Payroll Specialist

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for payroll calculation and processing for U.S.-based employees, with proficiency in U.S. payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex);Handle federal and state tax withholdings, as well as W-2/1099 related matters;Manage payroll settlement for employee onboarding and offboarding, including final pay;Handle payroll-related labor dispute cases and collaborate with the legal team in preparing supporting documentation;Ensure payroll operations comply with U.S. labor laws and internal company compliance requirements.Job RequirementsAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in U.S. payroll processing;Must have experience using U.S. payroll systems (e.g., ADP);Experience in handling U.S. labor disputes or payroll-related issues is preferred;Proficiency in English as a working language.
