This position is responsible for performing production testing, troubleshooting failures, analyzing test results, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the Production Test Department.\n\nThe ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, diagnosing electronic problems, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive successful production outcomes.\n\nThis role supports 2nd Shift operations and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their technical skills within a growing electronics manufacturing organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPerform functional, diagnostic, and production testing of electronic assemblies and systems.\nExecute complex testing procedures with minimal supervision.\nTroubleshoot electronic assemblies using schematics, wire diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation.\nIdentify and isolate common product failures and determine corrective actions.\nOperate industry-standard electronic test equipment including:\nDigital Multimeters\nOscilloscopes\nPower Supplies\nAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)\nGenerate detailed failure reports and maintain accurate production records.\nSupport root cause investigations and corrective action activities.\nAssist with training and mentoring entry-level Test Technicians.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts related to quality, efficiency, throughput, and safety.\nMaintain compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nAssociate Degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical discipline;\n\nOR\n\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant technical experience.\n\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in:\n\no Electronics Manufacturing\n\no Production Test\n\no Electronic Troubleshooting\n\no Repair or Related Technical Fields\n\nDemonstrated ability to:\n\no Read and interpret electrical schematics\n\no Read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings\n\no Analyze technical documentation\n\no Troubleshoot electronic assemblies\n\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in defense, aerospace, military, industrial, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.\n\nExperience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE).\n\nFamiliarity with:\n\no Oscilloscopes\n\no Signal Generators\n\no Programmable Power Supplies\n\no Electronic Diagnostic Equipment\n\nIPC certification or equivalent technical certifications.\n\nPrevious mentoring or training experience.\n\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\n\nClimate-controlled electronics manufacturing environment.\n\nFrequent interaction with electronic test equipment and production systems.\n\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\n\nAbility to distinguish colors and read detailed technical documentation.\n\nPre-Employment Requirements\n\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
