This role is pivotal in supporting the EPC team by facilitating project coordination, managing essential files, and ensuring the efficient operation of departmental activities.\n\nSome of the key responsibilities you can expect include the following:\n\nOffer administrative support to the EPC team, enhancing workflow and department efficiency.\nManage and maintain project documentation, including procurement files, engineering records, and construction reports, ensuring accuracy and availability.\nCoordinate logistics and arrangements for team travel, accommodating project schedules and individual needs.\nSchedule and organize meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas, recording and distributing minutes, and following up on action items.\nMaintain and update databases pertinent to the EPC projects, ensuring data integrityand security.\nPrepare and assist in the development of presentation materials, training manuals, and other documents as required by the department.\nAssist in the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and handling purchase orders and invoices.\nProvide support in managing project schedules and deadlines, aiding in effective project execution. And other duties as assigned.\n\nABOUT YOU\n\nMinimum Education: High school diploma or GED.\nExperience: At least three (3) years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a construction environment or a related field.\nProven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably within the construction industry.\nStrong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and processes is preferred.\n\nABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT\n\nThis role is in onsite in Corpus Christi, TX.
