This is a hybrid role based in our Newport Beach, CA office , with an expectation of in-office collaboration three days per week .\r\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong visual and graphic design foundation who also enjoys building what they design, someone who thinks in systems, sweats typography and layout, and understands how design decisions translate into real, performant websites.\r\nYou'll work across multiple client accounts, primarily in Webflow, owning projects from early UX thinking and design direction through full build, launch, and ongoing optimization. Because we're a lean team and this is an urgent hire , we're looking for someone who can step in quickly and take ownership without a long onboarding or remote ramp-up period.\r\nThis role goes beyond \"development\" or \"design\" alone; you'll help shape how we manage websites, workflows, and platforms across clients. Bonus points if you enjoy jumping into branding or visual design work when web work slows.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nConcept, Design and build websites primarily in Webflow , including both design-led builds and technically complex implementations.\r\nManage multiple client websites efficiently, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, CMS structures, and long-term maintainability.\r\nHandle technical launch tasks including DNS, hosting, redirects, and domain transfers .\r\nImplement and maintain forms, integrations, and automations (CRM, analytics, marketing tools, third-party services).\r\nCollaborate directly with the Creative Director and clients on site architecture, content strategy, and UX decisions.\r\nCreate clean, reusable styles, components, and CMS structures that scale across clients.\r\nTroubleshoot issues, QA builds, and provide ongoing client support and documentation.\r\nWhen bandwidth allows, assist with branding, visual design, or UX exploration across other client initiatives.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nStrong experience building complex, scalable websites with structured CMS content in Webflow (required).\r\nStrong visual and UX sensibility; you understand typography, hierarchy, spacing, accessibility, and how design choices shape user behavior.\r\nComfortable moving between design tools (Figma, etc.) and live builds .\r\nExperience managing multiple client websites or projects simultaneously.\r\nFamiliarity with CMS strategy, structured content, and scalable site architecture.\r\nExperience with integrations (CRMs, forms, analytics, marketing tools).\r\nOrganized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team.\r\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego mindset.\r\nA portfolio of recent work is required (live sites and/or case studies preferred).
