Love your job.\nAs a process technician in one of our clean rooms, your responsibilities may include being responsible for performing technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturers. Once the product is on the line, the process technician monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. Process technicians also test new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.\n\nThis technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School diploma/GED\n18 years of age or older\nAbility to work 12 hour compressed work schedule\nFlexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays\n\nOne of the following:\nTechnical Certificate or Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Manufacturing Technology, Automated Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Industrial Systems and Controls, Electromechanical Technology, Chemistry, Mechatronics or related field\n3 years of experience processing wafers in a manufacturing semiconductor environment in an advanced manufacturing role\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nAbility to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performance\nAbility to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as needed\nOutstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems\nExceptional attention to detail\nProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nStrong collaborative skills in team environment\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nAbout Us\nWhy TI?\nEngineer your future.
