NoHigh School Diploma or Trade SchoolKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble, install, test, and maintain electronic systems and equipmentDiagnose and repair circuit boards and components at component levelConduct environmental, vibration, and thermal testingPerform IPC class surface mount rework and quality inspectionsDocument test results, repairs, and maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with ESD, FOD/FOE, and quality standardsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience or equivalent technical/military trainingExperience with electronic testing, troubleshooting, and repairKnowledge of quality standards (AS9100) and audit supportPreferred QualificationsExperience with surface mount soldering and digital/analog circuitsComponent-level troubleshooting expertiseIPC certifications (IPC-A-610 Class III, J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721)
