Leasing Manager/Sales Manager

Job DescriptionIngleside Homes, a leading provider of housing and healthcare for at-risk seniors, is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Manager / Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in one or more of the following fields - Apartment Leasing/Real Estate, Social Work, Elder Law/Paralegal, Sales, Assisted Living Facilities, Marketing, or Admissions. Responsibilities:Conduct tours for prospective residents of Ingleside Retirement Apartments and Ingleside Assisted LivingManage census by initiating and maintaining relations with organizations, hospital, and other referral sources in order to generate admissions to the community and provision of Home Care servicesEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with key-referral sources (ex. Hospital/Rehab Admissions) to expand potential client sourcesGenerate leads, schedule tours, advance the sales application process for Ingleside Retirement Apartments, Ingleside Assisted Living and Ingleside HomecareDevelop educational presentations that ensure the community's image and reputation are well-received to make the community the desired option for prospective residents and their families Qualifications:Previous experience in real estate, apartment leasing, social work, sales, assisted living facilities, marketing, elder law/paralegal, or other related fields An associate's degree or higher (preferred)Medicaid knowledge (preferred)Understanding of HUD properties (preferred)We offer a competitive salary (base pay plus bonus program) and a comprehensive benefits program to include medical, dental, life insurance, vision, generous PTO and holidays, company-matched retirement plan, free lunch and free parking.
