This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong UI/product development skills, backend integration capability, and experience building applications from scratch.\nThe ideal candidate can translate agent capabilities into polished enterprise user experiences while also understanding how agents, tools, APIs, state, and backend services work underneath the UI.\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and build enterprise applications and product features from scratch.\nOwn full-stack feature delivery from UI architecture through backend/API integration, testing, deployment, and production support.\nBuild sophisticated enterprise user experiences using React and TypeScript.\nDesign reusable UI components, application state patterns, workflows, and interactive experiences around AI/agent capabilities.\nBuild interfaces for multi-step agent workflows, agent actions, approvals, results, status, errors, and human-in-the-loop interactions.\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, agent orchestration layers, and enterprise systems.\nContribute to backend development as required for end-to-end feature ownership.\nBuild and integrate agentic capabilities involving tool calling, multi-step workflows, context/state, retrieval, and enterprise actions.\nEnsure agent experiences expose appropriate user controls, validation, failure states, and escalation mechanisms.\nUse Codex, Claude/Claude Code, or similar AI-driven development workflows for coding, debugging, testing, prototyping, and development acceleration.\nParticipate in product, architecture, and engineering design reviews.\n\nRequired Experience\n\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred.\nDeep production experience with React and TypeScript.\nStrong frontend architecture, UI engineering, application state management, API integration, and testing experience.\nGenuine full-stack engineering capability rather than frontend-only development.\nDemonstrated experience building enterprise applications or substantial product capabilities from scratch.\nStrong experience shipping user-facing applications into production.\nHands-on familiarity with AI agents and agentic application development.\nUnderstanding of multi-step agent workflows, tool/function calling, context/state management, RAG/retrieval, and agent-to-API integration.\nFamiliarity with agent frameworks/SDKs such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic tooling, or comparable technologies.\nFamiliarity with Codex and/or Claude-driven software development.\nStrong software testing, debugging, performance, reliability, and production engineering fundamentals.\n\nPreferred\n\nBackend experience with Java/Kotlin, Python, Node.js, or comparable production technologies.\nExperience designing human-in-the-loop agent interfaces and complex workflow UIs.\nExperience with real-time/streaming AI interfaces and long-running workflows.\nExperience with agent evaluation, observability, guardrails, and failure handling.\nExperience building SaaS, financial, or other enterprise applications where reliability and user control are important.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\n\nROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
