As part of our commitment to excellence, we're looking for a passionate and driven Community / Support Intern to join our team.Position OverviewAs a Community / Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our community's voice is heard and that any issues encountered in Hello Kitty Island Adventure are promptly and effectively addressed. This role involves monitoring FreshDesk for incoming player issues, resolving them when possible, and collaborating with the development team to prioritize and address more complex problems. Additionally, you'll be active on our game's Discord, fostering positive interactions and helping identify and escalate community-reported issues.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor FreshDesk: Regularly check the FreshDesk platform for new tickets and issues reported by players.Issue Resolution: Resolve player issues independently when possible, utilizing available resources and knowledge of the game.Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to clarify issues that require further investigation or are beyond the scope of immediate resolution.Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing bugs and fixes based on the frequency and impact of community reports.Community Engagement: Actively participate in the game's Discord, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all players while collaborating with community moderators and wranglers.Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the community and relay it to the development team to inform updates and improvements to the game.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.QualificationsPassion for Gaming: A deep love for games, particularly Hello Kitty Island Adventure.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, with a logical approach to problem-solving.Community-Oriented: A positive and friendly demeanor, with the ability to engage and support a diverse player community.Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough in tracking and documenting issues and understanding nuance of player reports.Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with others and contribute to a team environment.Experience with FreshDesk and Discord: Prior experience with these platforms is a plus but not required; training will be provided.Experience with Google Sheets and Unity: Prior experience with these platforms is a plus but not required; training will be provided.What You’ll GainHands-On Experience: Direct experience in community management and support within a dynamic live services environment.Industry Insights: Learn about the game development process and how community feedback shapes the final product.Professional Growth: Develop communication, problem-solving, and technical skills that are valuable across industries.Networking: Build connections with experienced professionals in the gaming industry.Join us at Sunblink and be a part of creating kind, collaborative, and imaginative experiences for Hello Kitty Island Adventure players around the world!Sunblink Entertainment LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
