Customer Service/Billing Clerk - Oilfield Services

Job Overview Bentley Welding, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to serve as our primary customer liaison, both in-person and over the phone. We're looking for someone with a customer-centric approach who can manage billing and invoicing for our welding and fabrication services. This role also offers the opportunity to evolve into a comprehensive billing and invoicing clerk for all our Oil Field Services operations. No experience is required, but candidates should possess a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others ("Servant's Heart"). Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails pertaining to job status, billing, and more. Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate production lead. Compile material and labor costs for invoicing, and prepare customer invoices. Coordinate customer payments with our bookkeeper. Engage in broader accounting tasks for growth opportunities within the company. Basic Skills Required: Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service.
