Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements. Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies. Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Support senior analysts and data teams with analytical projects. Document data processes, reporting procedures, and analytical findings. Communicate insights and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Preferred SkillsExperience with Python for basic data analysis. Knowledge of data warehousing and relational databases. Familiarity with ETL concepts and data pipelines. Understanding of business intelligence and KPI reporting. Experience working with large datasets. Knowledge of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Work Authorization RequirementThis is a W2-only position.
