This role partners closely with Marketing, UX, Engineering, and Analytics to identify opportunities, execute A/B tests, analyze customer behavior, and deliver measurable improvements in digital conversion, lead generation, and customer experience.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop, prioritize, and maintain a roadmap of conversion rate optimization initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing opportunities aligned with business objectives.\nExecute website experiments from planning through implementation, partnering with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure successful delivery.\nAnalyze website performance, customer behavior, funnel metrics, and experiment results to identify optimization opportunities and recommend future testing strategies.\nCommunicate experimentation results, key insights, and recommendations to business stakeholders through regular reporting and presentations, while contributing to a scalable experimentation framework.\nRequired Education and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or a combination of education, training, and experience.\n2 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Business Analysis, User Experience (UX), Data Analytics, or a related discipline.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using SQL, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau (or similar business intelligence tools), and behavioral analytics platforms to analyze data and drive optimization decisions.\nWorking knowledge of WordPress content management systems and basic proficiency with Figma or similar design collaboration tools.\nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering measurable business results.\nProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:\nExperience managing website experimentation or digital optimization programs.\nExperience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital performance measurement.\nExperience supporting lead generation or performance marketing initiatives and understanding of statistical significance and experimentation best practices.\nTravel Requirements:\nOccasional overnight travel is required (1-10%).\nOvertime/Additional Hours Requirements:\nAdditional non-standard hours may be required (exempt).\nOccasional evening or weekend work may be required to support website releases, testing schedules, or critical business initiatives.\nPhysical Requirements:\nNormal Office Environment\nAre We Your Company?\nFocused on Growth Leaf Home is dominating the home improvement industry as we continue to grow.
