This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile commercial, civic, institutional, hospitality, and public-space projects throughout California.\nThe ideal candidate is a creative, technically strong professional with experience designing outdoor environments, hardscapes, streetscapes, plazas, parks, and site development projects from concept through construction.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop landscape architecture concepts, site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and construction details.\nPrepare design and construction documents for a variety of commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects.\nCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams throughout project development.\nAssist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and consultant management.\nParticipate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.\nReview project documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.\nConduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are executed successfully in the field.\nSupport permitting, agency coordination, and entitlement processes as needed.\nStay current on industry trends, materials, sustainability initiatives, and best practices.\nQualifications\n3+ years of professional landscape architecture experience.\nProfessional Landscape Architect (PLA) license preferred but not required.\nExperience with commercial, municipal, institutional, hospitality, mixed-use, or public works projects.\nStrong knowledge of site planning, grading, planting design, irrigation concepts, and hardscape design.\nAbility to interpret construction documents and technical specifications.\nExcellent communication, organization, and project coordination skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nPreferred Experience\nBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.\nParks, plazas, streetscapes, civic spaces, or large-scale site development projects.\nCoordination with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and public agencies.\nConstruction administration and field observation experience.\nClient facing/Business Development experience\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar design software.\nKnowledge of California codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.\nCandidates that fill out skills and questions will move to front of application process.\nBenefits\nFull Benefits Included\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
