Must have knowledge of required tools and maintenance care\nAssists with paint compliance logs\nFollows all relevant HSSE guidelines\nPromotes and supports safety, production and positive attitude\nMust be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department\nRequires employee to rarely type and use a computer and other office equipment, such as a copier, printer, calendar, telephones, etc.\nRequires frequent operation of heavy equipment such as forklift and scissor lift\nParticipates in group discussions and meetings\nMaintains equipment and clean work areas\nParticipates in continuous improvement activities\nQualifications\nPreferred Education\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n1-3 years’ related experience in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to communicate in English\nRequired Training & Certifications\nAbility to be certified to drive a forklift\nPhysical Requirements\nRequires employee to stand for at least 90% of the time\nRequires employee to sit for at least 10% of the time\nRequires employee to constantly inspect and paint equipment, climb stairs or ladders and must be able to maintain balance on stairs or ladders without assistance.\nMust be able to communicate and respond to coworkers and emergency cues/alarms, in person and on the telephone, including use of mobile devices\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\nRequires work in outdoor conditions, including all weather conditions & unairconditioned facility\nRequires work on loud environment\nRequires moving and maintaining self constantly in different positions, stoop, kneel, crouch to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces\nMust wear all required PPE, including fire-retardant clothing, helmets, face shields, hearing protection, safety goggles, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, gloves, fall protection as applicable.\nPosition rarely requires travel\n\nAbout Us:\nTransforming Energy for a Sustainable Future.
