Account Manager

Local Heart - Resources of a national firm with a people-first approach.ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Service Manage and service a commercial lines book of business (small-to-mid market accounts) Build and maintain strong client relationships Support renewals, policy changes, and ongoing account needs Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experienceOperational & Team Support Maintain accurate documentation and account records Work closely with producers and service teams to support client needs Stay organized and manage multiple accounts and prioritiesGrowth & Opportunity Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities when appropriate Continue developing knowledge of insurance products and client strategiesQualificationsRequired Strong customer service and relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong communication skillsPreferred (Not Required) Insurance experience or exposure to commercial lines Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)CompensationADDITIONAL INFORMATION$60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experienceAdditional earning potential through commission and bonus opportunitiesBenefitsAlera Group offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, 401(k), generous PTO, and more.Work ModelHybrid (Eastern Time Zone preferred)Professional Development – Alera Group AcademyAt Alera Group, growth isn’t left to chance.
