Role Description As a Client Advisor / Stylist, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience at ba&sh. You will focus on providing personalized client service, building lasting relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding individual needs. Additional responsibilities include assisting with merchandise presentation, contributing to store operations, and maintaining brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area- Upper East Side. Qualifications Proven skills in sales and delivering an outstanding Customer Service experienceStrong focus on delivering strong KPI’s and effective communication to understand and fulfill client needsExperience in providing luxury service to clients and proven track record of clientlingPassion for fashion and styling with knowledge of current trendsAbility to work in a fast-paced setting with a positive and collaborative attitudePrior experience in retail or a client-facing role is preferredMust be available weekendsMust be available for on-site location, 5 days a week.
