Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of building structures, renovations, and restorations, delivering exceptional craftsmanship that exceeds client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and allow you to showcase your craftsmanship.\nResponsibilities\nRead and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.\nMeasure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, flooring, and trim with precision.\nOperate hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, and screwdrivers as well as power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking and construction tasks.\nPerform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols.\nExecute specialized tasks such as occasional concrete and masonry work, roofing repairs, stucco application, siding installation, and water damage restoration, etc.\nFabricate custom wood components using woodworking machines.\nEnsure all work aligns with construction plans and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.\nSkills\nExtensive experience in interpreting technical drawings.\nProficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for various building systems.\nStrong knowledge of hand tools and power tools for woodworking and general carpentry applications.\nSkilled in residential carpentry including framing, finish carpentry, fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying and remodeling projects.\nFamiliarity with construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols.\nAbility to work with common construction materials such as siding, mold remediation products, plastering compounds, stucco mixes, water damage restoration materials and other related supplies.\nExperience with heavy lifting equipment and scaffolding setup when required on large projects.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes related to carpentry components or custom built-in fabrication when applicable.\nExperience in restoration industry projects including mold remediation or water damage repairs is a plus.\nJoin our team if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment.
