We prioritize creating a supportive and collaborative environment where therapists can flourish and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.Position Overview:We are seeking licensed therapists (fully licensed or limited) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Our work environment is a fun therapeutic atmosphere where kids and parents feel seen and heard. Our team utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities for an explorative approach towards healing. Therapists who work at Leadlight Counseling’s Cascade office have the opportunity to receive supervision, consultation, and training in a number of expressive treatment modalities for children, including play therapy. This is the ideal opportunity to expand your clinical skills with children in a vibrant and supportive practice. We currently have a need for therapists to work with children of all ages however, special consideration will be made for candidates who have a passion for working with children ages 3 to 12 years old.
