Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, and coding standards. Design and develop scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture. Architect and implement API-led integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft (Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave). Provide hands-on development support and technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve roadblocks, and provide innovative solutions. Required Skills Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development. Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using MuleSoft (Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API-led connectivity, connectors). Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven design. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices. Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
