This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, supporting employees and managers with routine HR needs, administering benefits and leave programs, records management, companywide event planning and is the primary owner of HRIS (Paycom) data integrity. This position plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, organized, and employee-focused HR experience while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements\nNot only will you work in a collaborative environment that values an individual’s opinions and suggestions, you will also work in an environment that recognizes employees work very hard and rewards them with fun activities. To list all of our activities would take a long time, but here’s a few: cornhole tournaments, minute-to-win-it tournaments, potlucks galore, and a holiday company party.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nExecute all onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities\nFacilitate and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding\nExecute monthly events and annual holiday party for employee engagement\nAdminister recognition and service award programs\nAdminister all benefit programs and employee benefit orientation\nMaintain HRIS (Paycom) data integrity and system optimization\nAdminister leave programs & workers compensation\nMaintain compliance with federal/state laws, policies and safety practices.\nPartner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.\nFacilitate safety consultant management\nAddress employee concerns and guide managers on performance and workplace matters\nPrepare payroll data and backup as needed\nUpdate Employee SharePoint website\nQualifications: What You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience\nStrong experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll system required\nStrong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations\nBonus Points for: SHRM-CP, SCHRM SCP or PHR Certification\nKey Competencies\nUpholds high ethical standards and demonstrates strong personal integrity in all interactions\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision\nExcellent interpersonal communications skills in both oral and written format\nStrong ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers while consistently presenting a positive, professional image to both employees and candidates\nProficiency in Microsoft Office software\nStrong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail\nHigh level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data\nFosters trust and open communication\nWhat’s in it for you!\nThe opportunity to join a fast paced, growing team that is driven to learn, apply and share.
