Role Description This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Veterinary Technician at Pleasant View Animal Clinic located in Big Rapids, MI. The Veterinary Technician will assist veterinarians in providing care to animals, including administering medications, conducting diagnostic tests, assisting during surgeries, and monitoring animals’ vital signs. Additional duties include educating clients about pet health care, assisting with pet care routines, and ensuring the clinic maintains a safe and clean environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Animal Care and Pet Care practicesStrong background in Veterinary Technology and technical skills.Ability to effectively communicate with clients and provide Client EducationExcellent organizational and teamwork abilitiesCompassion for animals and a commitment to their well-beingCompletion of an accredited veterinary technician program is preferredPossession of relevant certifications or licensure in veterinary technology is a plusLarge animal experience
