Who can come for onsite interview at Malvern, PAJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UiPath, strong architectural capabilities, and hands-on experience in building scalable, reliable, and high-performance automation frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise-level solutionsDefine and enforce automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practicesArchitect solutions using REFramework, custom frameworks, and reusable componentsLead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers)Evaluate application stability and determine automation feasibility, especially for dynamic web applicationsDecide optimal automation approach (UI automation vs API vs integrations)Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and high-performingImplement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanismsCollaborate with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teamsProvide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor team membersContribute to automation roadmaps, estimations, and risk assessmentsWork in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning and deliveryRequired Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in RPAMinimum 3+ years as an RPA Solution ArchitectStrong expertise in UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)Experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing)Knowledge of UiPath Agentic AutomationStrong experience with Python scripting for automation, data processing, or integrationsDeep understanding of selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential managementHands-on experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps) and JIRAExperience working with AWS infrastructure and servicesCertifications:UiPath Solution Architect Certification (Preferred / Required)
