In 2021, Cool Gear was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.\nWe are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Operations Associate.\nThis role responsible for processing import orders for retail customers (heavily focused on Walmart Global) and distributors. You must follow and track shipments using various methods from inception through delivery. Responsible for high profile accounts. Problem solves, define and implement processes to ensure a smooth flow of import programs.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nManage the tracking and processing of import orders for retail customers and distributors\nResponsible for order-to-cash process flow\nPrepare quotes and provide spec information: dimensions, weight, cubic meters\nInput sales orders and create purchase orders to factory for import orders\nProvide factory with detailed workbook and production requirements\nResponsible for tracking progression of orders to meet shipping deadlines\nReview terms for each customer and understand document presentation requirements\nUnderstand customer testing requirements and approval process\nCommunicate on a regular basis with customers\nOther duties as required\nPrepare and distribute regular reports documenting activities, events and action items (Ex: Walmart Retail Link)\nWhat do we offer?\nYou are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast-paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.
