The ideal candidate will assist with quality inspections, housekeeping, material handling, and general labor duties while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.ResponsibilitiesInspect and sort boxes to ensure they meet quality standards.Assist the Prepress department by purging confidential files.Perform general facility housekeeping, including sweeping, painting, and maintaining a clean work environment.Load materials and waste bins onto semi-trucks.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.Follow instructions and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.Assist with other general labor duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be able to communicate in English.Available to work 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.Capable of lifting 25 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 25 lbs. or more.Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.Work safely in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity.
