It's a massive batch data migration, up to half a billion transactions, run in scheduled migration windows (next one in November). This is not real-time or streaming. The project is at the tail end and already built; work now is customizations, enhancements, and performance tuning for upcoming loads. The hire replaces a contractor who left and joins one of Swati's 3 teams (9 teams total on the project).This is a backend developer role focusing on Java, Scala, and Spark.
