The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and usage of enterprise e‑Litigation systems across multiple network enclaves to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient access to case‑related data. The ideal candidate has a background in IT as well as experience with litigation support.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAdminister and maintain litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Nuix, Lexmark) across multiple enclaves.\n\nPerform queries using these systems and others; perform analysis of information sources, timeline development, communication patterns and data quality controls.\n\nDevelop data dashboards within case repositories (e.g., Relativity or Everlaw) and/or using COTS data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to support case team review.\n\nThis position is on site with the customer in Washington, DC and cannot be supported remotely.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Legal Studies, or related field OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.\n\n6+ years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems in a federal government environment.\n\nHands‑on experience administering or heavily using litigation platforms such as Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Nuix.\n\nExperience developing dashboards or analytical visualizations (e.g., Power BI or similar tools).\n\nStrong troubleshooting and user support skills.\n\nStrong writing and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage sensitive investigative data in secure environments.\n\nActive TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access.\n\nExperience supporting federal investigative teams through technology‑assisted review (TAR).\n\nKnowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle (ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, production).\n\nExperience working across multiple network enclaves or classified environments.\n\nExperience maintaining IT system availability, user access, connectivity, and performance, to include configuring workspaces, permissions, data ingestion workflows, and case repositories.\n\nExperience performing system updates, tuning, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience providing proactive recommendations leveraging industry best practices for analytics‑driven litigation support.\n\nExperience supporting attorneys and case teams with technical solutions to optimize review workflows.\n\nFamiliar with IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle.\n\nRelativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Certified User (RCU) and/or Certification in eDiscovery (e.g., CEDS – Certified eDiscovery Specialist) a plus, but not required.\n\nBenefits\n\nGenerous cost sharing for medical insurance for the employee and dependents\n\n100% company paid dental insurance for employees and dependents\n\n100% company paid long‑term and short‑term disability insurance\n\n100% company paid vision insurance for employees and dependents\n\n401k plan with generous match and 100% immediate vesting\n\nCompetitive Pay\n\nGenerous paid leave and holiday package\n\nTuition and training reimbursement\n\nLife and AD&D Insurance\n\nAnaVation is an equal opportunity employer.
