Environment, Health and Safety Manager (Postville)

The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental programs at a chemical manufacturing facility.What you will do:Develop, implement, and continuously improve site HSE policies, procedures, and programsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and state regulatory requirementsConduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), risk assessments, and hazard identification activitiesLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actionsManage occupational health programs (hearing conservation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, etc.)Lead chemical safety programs including:Hazard Communication (HAZCOM)Process Safety Management (PSM)Lockout/TagoutConfined SpaceHot WorkRespiratory ProtectionWhat is needed:College Degree along with HSE Leadership experience including (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PSM etc.)Experience in Title V Major air permitCHMM certification preferred
