We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.\nResponsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProgram Leadership & Execution\nLead end-to-end planning and execution across R&D, IST, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams.\nServe as the primary program interface to the customer TPM, internal leadership, and engineering organizations.\nEnsure alignment on requirements, priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and required milestones.\nDrive accountability to program milestones, customer commitments, and business objectives.\n\nScheduling, Risk & Documentation\nDevelop, maintain, and continuously update the integrated master schedule, critical path, dependencies, and resource plan.\nMaintain a comprehensive risk register including risk identification, owners, mitigation plans, and closure timelines.\nEnsure all program documentation (SOW deliverables, plans, reports, action logs) is up-to-date and accessible.\nCoordinate engineering development, integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and customer deployment activities.\n\nReporting & Communication\nDeliver weekly internal status updates summarizing progress, risks, issues, decisions, and next steps.\nProvide monthly program reports for leadership and customer, highlighting:\nMilestone achievement and schedule performance\nCritical path status and forecasted delivery dates\nKey accomplishments and upcoming priorities\nRisk and issue summaries with mitigation and closure plans\nDevelop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.\nEnsure all program documentation, action logs, deliverables, and decisions are current and accessible.\nCommunicate issues clearly with root causes, impacts, and recovery plans.\n\nCustomer Engagement\nPartner closely with customer TPMs to clarify requirements, review progress, manage expectations, and address escalations.\nFacilitate reviews, milestone checkpoints, demonstrations, and acceptance activities throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.\nBuild trusted customer relationships through proactive communication and predictable program execution.\nEffectively manage customer expectations while balancing technical, schedule, and resource constraints.\nEnsure commitments to customers are realistic, documented, and consistently met.\n\nProcess & Governance\nEstablish and maintain program governance, including milestone reviews, risk management, issue escalation, and change control processes.\nDrive continuous improvement of program management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.\nPromote best practices for execution consistency across multiple customer programs.\nSupport portfolio planning, resource prioritization, and cross-program coordination.\n#LI-MO1\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s in engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).\n5-8+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership.\nDemonstrated success leading complex hardware, software, or integrated system development programs.\nExcellent organizational, problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong understanding of product development lifecycles, system integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.\nStrong risk management and problem‑solving skills.\nExperience coordinating across R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and aggressive schedules.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar program management tools.\nPMP certification or equivalent.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong customer-facing leadership experience, including executive-level communication and escalation management.\nExperience in high-technology industries (e.g., wireless, satellite, networking, test & measurement).\nExperience leading complex hardware/software customer programs.\nExcellent communication and executive‑level reporting skills.\n\nSuccess Measures\nOn-time delivery of customer milestones, contractual commitments, and program deliverables.\nClear, consistent documentation, including timely program reporting.\nEffective management of risks, issues, scope changes, and resource constraints.\nStrong cross‑functional alignment and customer satisfaction.\nPredictable, no‑surprise program execution.\n\nSanta Rosa, CA Pay Range: MIN $149,850.00 - MAX $249,750.00\nLoveland, CO Pay Range: MIN $138,750.00 - MAX $231,250.00\nColorado Springs, CO Pay Range: MIN $138,750.00 - MAX $231,250.00\n\nThis position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
