On a day-to-day basis, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of safety programs, conduct workplace hazard assessments, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and Intel standards. By supporting Intel's broader goals, this group plays an integral role in advancing responsible and sustainable business practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, implement, and manage industrial hygiene and safety programs to ensure compliance with local, regional, and Intel standards.\nConduct workplace hazard evaluations to recognize, evaluate, and control potential risks.\nInvestigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and create corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.\nMonitor workplace environments and assess environmental factors or stresses that could impact employee health or community wellbeing.\nMaintain accurate records of employee exposure to hazardous waste and pollutants as required.\nPrepare and deliver training programs focused on workplace safety and hazard prevention.\nStay updated on changes to EHS regulations and industry practices to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.\nProvide industrial hygiene and safety support for process equipment procurement by reviewing/validating supplier equipment meets SEMI S2 and S8, semiconductor industry standards.\nProvide industrial hygiene and safety design support for equipment and facilities installations in partnership with factory stakeholders.\nProvide industrial hygiene and safety technical support for foundry process technologies including new introduction of chemicals or new process equipment.\nConduct high quality and detailed risk assessment for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
