Create. Simplify.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nB.S. and/or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.\n\n6+ years’ experience in:\n\nComputer-aided design; SolidWorks preferred\n\nElectronic manufacturing techniques\n\nTechnical expertise in two or more of the following areas:\n\nHeat transfer/electronics cooling\n\nMaterial selection and fabrication technologies\n\nDesign for manufacturability\n\nMechanics\n\nElectromechanical packaging design\n\nWorking knowledge of project management processes and procedures\n\nDemonstrated leadership and problem solving skills\n\nStrong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.\n\nAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.\n\nAbility to work cooperatively in a team environment.\n\nBackground check results satisfactory to SEL.\n\nNegative drug test result(s).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of one or more of the following:\n\nMachining/Sheet Metal production processes\n\nTool design\n\n2+ years SolidWorks experience\n\nPhysical Requirements\nNone\n\nBenefits\n\nWe’re 100% employee owned.
