We are dedicated to ensuring seamless access control designs and top-tier service for all of our clients. To support our expanding solutions and market demand, we're seeking an experienced Access Control Designer to join our dynamic Operations team.\n*Seeking Phoenix, AZ candidates only*\n\nResponsibilities\nUtilizing the information collected during site visits, design comprehensive access control solutions that span the entirety of multifamily properties ensuring efficiency and scalability.\nCreate simple, clear, and accurate scope of work designs for common areas where wired connections will need to be provided for access control.\nCoordinate effectively with multiple vendors, internal teams, and clients. Ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery of access control design projects.\nProvide both written and verbal communication to clients, ensuring they are well informed and satisfied with the access control design process and results.\nAssist the sales team by addressing technical questions related to access control designs, streamlining the sales process, and ensuring client satisfaction.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Design and Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Low Voltage Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant equivalent combination of education and work experience.\n3-5 years of experience in access control design, specifically for multifamily or commercial properties.\nSkilled in software-based system design utilizing established design standards.\nExperience selecting hardware from standard design libraries to create flow diagrams, sequences of operations, bills of materials (BOM), access control layouts, and electrical schematics.\nProficient in communicating complex design and operational concepts to customers and consultants.\nProven track record of successfully coordinating with vendors and internal teams.\nFamiliarity with common access control hardware (Mercury HID, Wavelynx, Assa Abloy, and others)\nFamiliarity with Salesforce software and Google Workspace.\nStrong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong teamwork ethos and a passion for delivering top-notch client service.\n\n#LI-Hybrid\nWe Put Our Employees First\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future.
