This role must be adaptable to evolving business needs and client opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivery.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\nDevelop and report on operational statuses and performance opportunities\n\nDevelop presentation materials for client and provider facing teams to utilize\n\nIdentify and present actionable insights for cross-departmental team to utilize\n\nTrack and analyze key performance indicators across multiple clients\n\nCoordinate with various stakeholders for operational insights needs\n\nDrive routine deliverables as well as numerous ad hoc requests\n\nOther duties as required – we are a thriving, growing, company with a lot of opportunity\n\nRequirements\nWhat you’ll need\n\n0-3 years industry experience\n\n1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in the Post Acute care space\n\nUnderstanding of and experience with referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions\n\nDetailed orientation and strong verbal communication still is a must\n\nMust be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description\n\nProficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications\n\nOther Competencies/Qualifications:\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders\n\nExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven\n\nWhat you’ll get\n\nCompetitive compensation & bonus plan commensurate with experience\n\nHealth, dental & disability insurance\n\nRobust time off policy\n\nThis position will be based out of our Irving, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the area is perfectly acceptable.
