Key ResponsibilitiesManage trader interactions through live chat, phone calls, and emails from start to resolution
Maintain product knowledge and troubleshoot trading platforms and account-related issues
Contribute to team goals focused on customer satisfaction and participate in improving internal knowledge basesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or comparable professional experience preferred
2+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
Access to high-speed internet and ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems for case management
Strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset
