This role requires strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple operational priorities while ensuring high-quality data across systems and reporting tools.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary liaison with Tamarac Advisor Services\nMaintain account sets, searches, views, templates, reports, and dashboards within portfolio management systems\nPopulate and maintain account and client data fields for new and existing relationships\nValidate the accuracy of client performance data and capital flows\nVerify security, portfolio, transaction, and pricing data received from custodians and other external sources\nAssist with account reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies\nSupport ongoing database maintenance and ensure data integrity across systems\nMaintain database backup files and support data governance best practices\nAssist with Tamarac rebalancing, including:\nMaintaining models and target allocations\nCreating rebalancing groups and configuring accounts for trading\nManaging account-level templates and settings\nSupport daily activity reporting and operational workflows\nPrice non-standard assets and reconcile asset valuations\nIdentify opportunities to enhance processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency\nPerform additional duties as needed to support the Data Operations team\n\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, operations, data management, or a related field\n\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong numerical aptitude with exceptional attention to detail\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProfessional demeanor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach\n\nRelevant Knowledge & Experience (Preferred):\nExperience with Tamarac or similar portfolio accounting/reporting systems\nUnderstanding of portfolio accounting, reconciliations, and performance reporting\nFamiliarity with custodial data feeds and investment operations processes\n\nWhat We Offer:\nWealthspire is proud to offer a comprehensive rewards package that includes a competitive salary, paid time off and holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, exclusive discount programs, and robust health and wellness benefits.
