Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.\nThrough a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.\nJob summary:\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Panel Wireman in USA Fontana, Ca.\nReport to the Production Manager, the Panel Wireman is responsible for installing electrical components and wiring for our relay and control panel projects.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRead and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine material requirements or assembly instructions\nAssemble electrical systems and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or conduit using rivets, bolts, soldering or micro-welding equipment\nRun wire and cable according to schematics and blueprints.\nAdjust, repair, or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications\nClean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths\nDrill or tap holes in specified equipment locations to mount control units or to provide openings for elements, wiring, or instruments.\nConfer with supervisors or engineers to plan, review work activities, or to resolve production problems\nInspect or test wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and record results\nMark and tag components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified\nComplete all other duties as assigned\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2-4 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical components\nStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately\nKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management\nReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams\nBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurements\nBasic understanding of tools (ex.
