Specifically to oversee the technical aspects of design reviews and subcontractor deliverables for our facilities engineering projects. This role requires a professional engineer with expertise in facilities and civil engineering to evaluate technical tradeoffs, assess design specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the technical liaison during Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and Design Reviews, interpreting and evaluating technical tradeoffs and design options presented by architectural and engineering (A&E) firms and construction partners.\nOversee and review subcontractor design submissions, specifications, and other technical artifacts to ensure their sufficiency and alignment with project goals.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess the technical feasibility and impact of design decisions.\nProvide input and recommendations for facilities and civil engineering-related decisions, ensuring they align with mission needs and operational goals.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.\nMinimum 10 of experience in facilities engineering, civil engineering, or related fields.\nFamiliarity with design review processes and technical documentation.\nStrong analytical and communication skills to evaluate technical options and present recommendations effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with A&E firms and/or construction companies on largescale projects.\nKnowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in facilities and civil engineering.\nPrior experience supporting government Space Force or defenserelated projects.\nAbout CPMC LLC\nCPMC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that makes complex program management concepts simple.
