Responsibilities may include:Picking customer and wholesale ordersPacking and shipping merchandiseProcessing and refurbishing returned itemsReceiving, unloading, and unpacking deliveriesStocking, replenishing, relocating, and ticketing merchandisePerforming garment quality inspectionsFollowing department procedures and safety guidelinesMeeting productivity and accuracy standardsMaintaining clean, organized, and safe work areasSupporting multiple warehouse functions as business needs changeWorking collaboratively as part of a positive, team-focused environmentWhat We're Looking ForMust be 18 years of age or olderPrevious warehouse or distribution experience preferredBasic computer skillsComfortable using handheld scanning devicesStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable attendance and punctualityPositive attitude and willingness to support the teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsThis role requires regular physical activity throughout the shift, including:Walking throughout the warehouseStanding for extended periods of timeLifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 poundsBending, squatting, twisting, and reachingFine hand and finger movementReading labels, screens, and order informationWorking in a typical warehouse environment with varying temperaturesOur Behaviors'At Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.We keep things simple.
