Our work depends on a Task Order Manager joining our team to support Federal EHR Modernization program activities.\n\n As a Task Order Manager supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR) modernization program, you will be responsible for:\n\n \n Developing and managing Task Orders under a large federal IDIQ contract.\n \n \n Coordinating activities within the scope of this contract with Federal Customer PMO and GDIT Program Management Office (PMO) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) vendors.\n \n \n Providing technical, administrative, and operational management of a variety of development efforts and projects ranging from simple to complex.\n \n \n Supervising assigned project teams to ensure Task Orders are completed on schedule and on budget, as well as within authorized scope.\n \n \n Providing Task Order project management, planning, and integration support to Sr. and Deputy Program Managers.\n \n \n Conducting planning activities and providing recommendations to client on task workload.\n \n \n Coordinating the involvement of appropriate subject matter experts across the project lifecycle, as needed for TO management.\n \n \n Participating in reviews of deliverables, monitoring progress, and meeting with GDIT PMO Manager on a weekly basis to ensure deliverables for each TO are met.\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or clinical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.\n \n \n 8+ years of experience managing projects or task orders.\n \n \n Experience in management of project cost and schedule, directing team personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as customer interface on a Task Order (TO) level.\n \n \n Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.\n \n \n Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management.\n \n \n Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.\n \n \n Experience with process development and process management.\n \n \n Knowledge of system development methodology and project management.\n \n \n Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines.\n \n \n Experience managing change control activities, including product backlogs, scope management, and impact and gap analysis.\n \n \n Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
