Team members are cross-trained across multiple stations and have opportunities to grow into Operator and Lead roles.\nSchedule\nShift: 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)\nDays: Monday-Friday\nOvertime: May be required based on production needs\nPay Range\nStarting Pay: $15–$17/hr (Entry-Level)\nExperienced: $18–$23/hr (based on skill level; food manufacturing experience)\nGrowth opportunities with wage progression\nKey Responsibilities\nProduction Team Members may be trained in multiple areas, including:\nProduction & Processing:\nWeighing & Staging Ingredients\nAccurately weigh and stage ingredients according to batch sheets and recipes.\nVerify correct labels, allergen declarations, and lot codes before staging and use.\nMaintain a clean, organized, labeled staging area to support efficient flow.\nMixing\nLoad ingredients into mixers in the correct sequence, timing, and temperature per formula and SOP.\nMonitor mix/dough consistency, texture, and temperature to meet product specifications; escalate out-of-spec conditions.\nRecord batch data accurately and follow approved rework/hold procedures when applicable.\nSupport line efficiency by maintaining consistent batch readiness and identifying constraints that impact throughput.\nForming / Extruding (FME, Vemag, Slab, or Sheeting Lines)\nSet up and operate forming/extrusion equipment to achieve target dimensions and specifications (length, diameter, weight, texture).\nPerform routine in-process quality checks; make minor adjustments within training and escalate when needed.\nComplete changeovers safely and efficiently according to SOPs, including line clearance and allergen controls.\nMinimize downtime by communicating issues early and coordinating with Leads/Maintenance to restore production quickly.\nBaking / Oven Operation\nSet, monitor, and adjust oven parameters (temperature, bake time, airflow) to achieve target color, texture, and bake performance.\nEnsure correct rack loading and clear segregation of raw vs. baked product to prevent cross-contact or process errors.\nVerify bake results against quality standards; document checks and communicate issues immediately to the Lead/Supervisor.\nSheet Pan Loading / Unloading\nLoad and unload trays/pans to maintain continuous line flow and prevent bottlenecks.\nHandle product carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or misalignment.\nMaintain pace with the team to meet line efficiency targets.\nMonitor sheet pan inventory and replenish to defined par levels; notify Lead when supplies are low.\nInspect and maintain product alignment/spacing on pans to support consistent baking and quality.\nEquipment Tear Down, Cleaning & Sanitation\nSafely disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing equipment as assigned, following lockout/tagout and safety requirements where applicable.\nExecute sanitation and allergen-cleaning SOPs precisely;
