This role involves traveling to more than 100 DMV locations across South Dakota over an estimated three-week period (or longer). The technician will replace outdated equipment with new hardware and run an Uber script at each site. Most of the work will be performed independently and working after hours Monday - Friday with Go Lives occurring in the morning.\r\nThis is a 1099 contractor role, on call as needed. All travel expenses will be paid for, aside from per diem.\r\nMinimum Education, Experience, and Abilities Must be available to travel throughout the state.\r\nExperience running Uber scripts and familiar with imaging/reimaging.\r\nAdvanced diagnostic and repair skills for various types of computers and other electronic equipment.\r\nFamiliarity with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.\r\nExperience documenting all levels of service activities and ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.\r\nSkilled at managing inventory effectively and accurately, including experience in assisting in warehouse operations.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.\r\nAbility to execute work independently as well as collaborating with team members.\r\nThe ability to obtain and maintain necessary access and security clearances.\r\nTwo to five years of relevant technical experience required.\r\nUS Citizenship required by our client; no dual citizenship permitted.\r\nOther duties as assigned or requested.\r\nTravel Requirements Travel 100% during the duration of the project throughout the state of South Dakota.\r\nOvernight travel stays for multiple weeks as required by the project schedule.\r\nAccurately submit travel expenses weekly.\r\nMust be able to safely operate cargo vans and drive box trucks ranging from 16 ft to 26 ft in length.\r\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid and unrestricted driver's license, at the time of employment, is required.\r\nNo major traffic violations within the past 10 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, suspended license).\r\nCurrent certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, CCNA, and other relevant certifications are highly desired.\r\nThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain necessary access and security clearances, including but not limited to State Driver's Licenses, TSA/UEP clearances, and Federal security clearances relevant to your project.\r\nPhysical Demands Ability to lift 30-50 pounds routinely, occasionally up to 75 pounds.\r\nRequires long periods of driving, standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.\r\nRequires manual dexterity and ability to manipulate small objects as well as climb ladders.\r\nWork Environment Work is typically performed in a variety of office environments including exposure to heat, cold and/or air particles such as dust.\r\nWe are a drug-free workplace including Cannabis\r\nCompany Overview Form 10 Group, is a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB).
