You'll work closely with a highly technical team in person, where rapid collaboration and fast iteration are part of our culture.\nThis position reports directly to the CTO, sitting inside Engineering with a mandate to bring memory infrastructure directly into customers' hands and feed the field's hardest problems back into the core product.\nRole Summary\nSit at the intersection of Engineering and customers. You'll embed with Mem0's most strategic accounts, build the integrations and custom solutions that prove out the value of memory in production, and translate what you learn in the field into requirements for Product and Research. This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to see their code run in a real customer's stack within days, not quarters.\nWhat You'll Do\nEmbed with customers post-sale to design, build, and ship integrations of Mem0's memory APIs into their AI agents and products.\nRapidly prototype and productionize custom solutions that unblock high-value customers, from retrieval configuration to full pipeline builds.\nOwn the technical relationship with strategic accounts: troubleshoot production issues and act as the technical escalation point.\nTranslate field learnings into roadmap input: identify recurring integration gaps and bring them back to Engineering and Research.\nBuild reusable tooling, sample apps, and reference implementations that shrink time-to-value for the next customer.\nPartner with Sales and Customer Success on scoping, technical wins, and expansion opportunities.\nWhat you'll bring\n4+ years shipping production software, with hands-on experience integrating APIs/SDKs into customer-facing systems.\nStrong Python fundamentals; comfortable working across the stack (APIs, data pipelines, some frontend) to unblock a customer.\nExperience working directly with external customers in a technical capacity: solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, or similar.\nComfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing scope; you thrive when dropped into a new problem with little context.\nStrong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.\nWillingness to travel occasionally for onsite customer engagements.\nNice to Have\nExperience with LLM-based agents, RAG, embeddings, or vector databases.\nBackground in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or professional services at an infrastructure or API company.\nExperience building demos or POCs under time pressure.\nFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tooling for production systems.\nOur Culture\nOffice-first collaboration\nWe're an in-person team based in San Francisco.
