Real Estate Attorney
*Job Summary*
The attorney will be responsible for real property matters, including but not limited to title review and certification, drafting of commercial and residential real property documents, and assisting in commmercial and residential real property transactions.
*Duties*
- Draft real property legal documents
- Provide legal advice to clients on real property matters
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients
- Manage cases efficiently and effectively
*Qualifications*
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to North Carolina State Bar
- Experience in real property law is preferred
- Approved by major national title insurance companies
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks in a law office
