The hiring range for this position is $76,993 to $96,241/annuallyOVERVIEW OF POSITION / DEPARTMENT The Support Specialist Supervisor oversees and manages the daily operations of the Support Specialists across multiple bureaus and divisions. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. The Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between Support Specialists and their respective command staff, ensuring that bureau and division-specific needs are met and that Support Specialists operate efficiently and cohesively. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this is a dual role where the Supervisor continues to fulfill their current duties as a Support Specialist. This unique combination ensures a deep understanding of day-to-day operations while providing effective leadership and support to the team. This position demands the utmost confidentiality, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
