Bankruptcy experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.\nPosition Overview\nThe Bankruptcy Case Analyst is responsible for entering, reviewing, and maintaining bankruptcy case data, assisting with document preparation and filing, and ensuring cases move efficiently and accurately through each stage of the bankruptcy process. Attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage deadlines are critical for success in this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccurately enter and maintain bankruptcy case data in the firm’s case management system\nReview bankruptcy documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance\nMonitor deadlines and ensure timely case progression\nAssist with preparation and filing of bankruptcy-related documents\nCommunicate with clients, creditors, attorneys, trustees, and court personnel as needed\nLearn and efficiently use bankruptcy software and internal systems\nIdentify discrepancies or missing information and take corrective action\nMaintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personal information\nGenerate reports and provide internal case updates\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy\nExcellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)\nAbility to quickly learn new software and systems\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a legal, financial, clerical, or administrative role\nFamiliarity with bankruptcy filings or legal documentation (helpful but not required)\nInterest in growing within a bankruptcy-focused legal role\nCompensation & Benefits\nUp to $19.00 per hour\nBonus opportunities\nTwo (2) weeks paid vacation\nPaid holidays\nSchedule & Requirements\n8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday\nOvertime and weekends as needed\nWillingness to travel up to 25% (Required)\nIn-person position – Jackson, CA\nHow to Apply:\nIf you are a meticulous, organized individual with strong data entry skills and an interest in bankruptcy casework, we encourage you to apply.
