Regional Manager
Regional ManagerTrust Consulting Services is looking to hire a Regional Manager to support TCS Security Armed/Unarmed security guard contracts. The Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets. They will also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents. The Security Supervisor oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards. The Security Supervisor will prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff, including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.Day to day you'll:Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.Oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards.Will prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, employee files and confidential records.Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.Where government projects are involved, they serve as a liaison to government agencies concerning project security; assists with security clearance processing for employees working on government classified programs.Performs other related duties as assigned.RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the team:Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Five years of related security experience required.Must have current Security Guard license for MD, DC, and Virginia (Mandatory)Must have HQL handgun permitQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age or olderMust be US Citizen or legal residentMust be able to pass Criminal History Background Check and drug screeningMust possess current and valid driver's licenseMust have reliable means of transportationMust have verifiable employment references showing extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.Excellent management and supervisory skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to provide training in security policies and procedures.Ability to work with confidential and classified information.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.Ability to walk/stand / and climb stairs for extended periodsAbility to traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections and plan security procedures.Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annuallySchedule: Full-TimeBenefits: Eligible employees may enroll in the available medical, dental, and vision coverage plans.
