We are dedicated to promoting positive and supportive work environments.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nOwn and execute day-to-day pharmaceutical forecasting activities, including model updates, data refreshes, scenario analysis, and assumption management\r\nBuild, maintain, and enhance forecast models with a strong emphasis on accuracy, transparency, and usability\r\nDeeply understand forecast drivers, risks, and sensitivities and proactively surface insights to client teams\r\nDevelop and evaluate multiple forecast options, clearly articulating tradeoffs, risks, and implications before recommendations are made\r\nUse Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python or R, plus Access and Tableau as needed, to automate forecasting workflows, validate data refreshes, and produce client-ready outputs\r\nSupport onboarding of new client stakeholders by walking them through forecast models, assumptions, and methodologies\r\nConduct working sessions and hands-on workshops with client teams to explain how models are structured, how they should be maintained, and how outputs should be interpreted\r\nServe as a day-to-day point of contact for client questions related to forecasting models, data inputs, and analytical outputs\r\nPartner closely with client stakeholders in a highly collaborative, in-office culture, providing confident onshore support\r\nIntegrate market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic area insights into forecasting work\r\nDevelop therapeutic area expertise to strengthen analytical rigor and client credibility\r\nApply structured problem-solving frameworks to address complex client questions\r\nTranslate complex analyses into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences\r\nPrepare and deliver high-quality client-facing materials, including PowerPoint decks and written communications\r\nCommunicate confidently with senior stakeholders, anticipating questions and addressing gaps proactively\r\nContribute to the development of Viscadias forecasting capabilities, tools, and methodologies\r\nShare learnings and best practices across project teams\r\nUphold Viscadias standards for quality, ownership, and client impact\r\nQualifications & Experience\r\nRequired\r\nBA or BS required;
