The role supports on-time, damage-free deliveries by following standard work, documentation, and safety procedures.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPick, package, and protect finished lights using the correct boxes, inserts, and packing materials.\nVerify quantities and SKUs against sales orders/pick tickets; resolve discrepancies before shipment.\nPalletize orders (stack pattern, corner boards, stretch-wrap) and apply shipping/customer labels.\nStage, weigh, and measure pallets; prepare/print packing lists and assist with BOLs as needed.\nPerform final visual checks for cosmetic/quality issues prior to packing; escalate any defects.\nUse barcode scanners/ERP to record moves, close picks, and update shipment status.\nReplenish packaging supplies and keep the shipping area organized (5S) and safe.\nAssist with loading/unloading trucks and internal material moves (pallet jack/forklift).\nSupport cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities.\nMeet daily throughput goals while following all safety, ESD (if applicable), and handling procedures.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to read, write, speak in English\nAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.\nBasic math and tape-measure skills; strong attention to detail for counts and labels.\nComfort with barcode scanners and basic computer/ERP entry (training provided).\nForklift/pallet jack experience or certification a plus.\nReliable, team-oriented, and able to work overtime as needed.\nBenefits & Well-Being\n\ni2Systems values its Associates, their families, and their overall well-being.
