This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who thrives on organization, doesn't mind physical work, and takes pride in getting things exactly right.What You'll DoManage samples from intake through testing and final disposition using database softwareCheck incoming samples against requirements and flag discrepancies to the project teamKeep sample storage areas organized, inventoried, and audit-readyHandle filing activities involving boxes stored on upper shelvingCoordinate with lab, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to keep testing on scheduleWhat You BringStrong attention to detail and reading comprehensionComfortable working independently or as part of a small teamBasic computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with Microsoft OutlookFamiliarity with sorting, filing, or records managementAbility to lift 25–50 lbs and comfortably handle walking, climbing, sorting, and filing throughout the dayFlexibility to shift start/end times by about an hour when business needs require itGood to KnowSome filing activities take place at a climate-controlled storage facility about 1.2 miles from the main site; a company van is provided for the tripSchedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday, onsiteContract role, August 2026 through December 2026, with possibility of conversion or extensionInterested?
